196/365 Found Treasures

I found a feather on my way to the lightrail stop this morning. I like to appreciate these little treasures since I live in a major metropolitan area I don't see as many woodland creatures as I used to. 

195/365 Cinnamon Rolls

First try at cinnamon rolls. I didn't roll the dough thin enough, but think I'll keep this recipe cause they were still pretty good. 

194/365 Army Crawl

Mathieu is technically too big to fit under my vanity, but that doesn't stop him from getting on his belly and flattening out to army crawling underneath. I don't know what he does under there but he never stays for long.

193/365 Dinner Time

My sister is out of town this weekend so I get to feed all the children. Each animal gets their own food and has their own food preparation process so it's a bit involved....

192/365 Floatie

I don't know why a college advising office needs a giant floatie, but this has been hanging out in the break room for a few days. 

191/365 Growth

I can't really keep very many plants because Mathieu will eat them all so the plants I do keep have to go up where he can't reach them. That avocado seed was supposed to be a temporary fixture (just with this collection until it sprouted and I could plant it), but while the root has grown, the leaves/stem still haven't freaking grown!

This person is riding a scooter, with a plastic grocery bag on the handle, wearing a fleece bathrobe and slippers...

189/365 Still Begging

She's really not supposed to sit next to me while I eat cause all she does is beg, but I can't tell that face no. That is why she can get away with murder as far as I'm concerned. 

188/365 Pretzels

This weeks' sourdough creation is little soft pretzels. I'm actually pretty pleased with how they turned out. 

187/365 Busy Busy

Today my sister and I had a jam-packed day: we went for a run, then to the beach (at a lake in Roseville we've dubbed Mick cause that's all either of us can remember of it's actual name), then to the theater (to see the Biggest Little Farm documentary which was REALLY good), then to mom's house for s'mores (the s'mores we didn't eat on Independence Day).
