Today was freaking HOT so I made the only dish I could find on pinterest that required NO cooking of ANY KIND. It's a bean and corn salsa and it's pretty dang good (a little heavy on the onions though, maybe next time I'll add a little less).

We did a baby picture exchange between me and a couple of colleagues. It was a pain in the butt to get this photo...I couldn't get a good angle without any glare so I had to take the photo out of the frame. I'm sure that's the first time this photo's been out of its frame since it was sent to my grandfather in the 1990s.
